  • Manage the reception area, greeting patients, handling enquiries and phone calls professionally.
  • Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing (cash or credit card).
  • Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
  • Packing of medications
  • Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
  • Provide assistance to doctors during consultations if needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
