Clinic Assistant - Dermatology (RN)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our Dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of clinical experience and be proficient in managing medical insurance claims. You will play a key role in providing excellent patient care and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent frontline customer service, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs.
• Process medical insurance claims, tax invoices, and payments.
• Assist with administrative and basic clinical duties, as well as ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
• Proficiency in processing medical insurance claims.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• IT savvy with good organizational abilities.
• Able to start immediately or within a month.

Mon to Fri:

8:30AM - 5:30PM, 8:45AM- 6:00PM, 9:00AM - 6:15PM

Sat: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

You are expected to work every Saturday and you will be entitled to ONE (1) weekday off per week.
