Clinic Assistant

Our Clinic:

We are a clinic in central Singapore providing specialist medical services. We are see a wide range of patients with different conditions. We are passionate about providing good customer service and professional medical care.

If you are have worked in clinics/ hospitals before and you are willing to learn on the job, we invite you to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

• Greet patients at the front counter and register them
• Answer telephone , messaging and email enquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate and call for investigations
• Collect payment
• File Insurance and Medisave claims
• Update records, results and notes on electronic medical record system
• Basic housekeeping to ensure clinic is clean and neat at all times.
• Any miscellaneous duties assigned

Personal attributes:

• Good written English ( without aid from Artificial Intelligence)
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong computer / IT skills
• Must multitask
• Prior work experience as a Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Assistant preferred.

Working Hours:

• Mon- Fri : 8.45am - 5.30pm
• Sat : 8.45am - 1pm
• Sun & PH : Off
