Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Client Success Manager cum Project Manager to join our growing team! This hybrid role combines client relationship management with hands-on project coordination to deliver exceptional service and successful product implementation.

You'll act as the main point of contact for our clients-ensuring their satisfaction while simultaneously driving the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. If you're highly organized, customer-centric, and enjoy managing multiple priorities, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Account Management

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Provide onboarding support, product installation, user training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner and follow through to resolution
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product Team to enhance product usability and features
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist with billing matters including timely payment collection
  • Monitor and maintain customer health metrics, ensuring high service quality and client retention

Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee client-related implementation or enhancement projects from initiation to delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
  • Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Development, Support, etc.)
  • Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related fields
  • 2+ years experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
