Job Summary
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success by managing relationships, identifying client needs, and facilitating product deployment. Deliver clear communication and detailed reporting to enhance customer outcomes and support business growth. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure customer success and alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Manage and deliver detailed reports on the health and status of customer accounts to inform decision-making
- Identify and address the needs of new and existing customers to optimize their success with the product
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Facilitate the deployment process for all customer engagements to ensure smooth implementation
- Demonstrate strong ownership by managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Maintain high attention to detail and diligence in all aspects of work to ensure quality outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a people-first perspective
- Proficient in using basic AI tools to support work processes and insights
- Ability to analyze mental health data to generate actionable tracking, insights, and presentations
- Skilled in using Canva to design clean, engaging, and visually appealing content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly, confidently, and effectively
