Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Provide administrative support and assist with business operations & reporting.

Increase company sales by expanding the customer base through targeted outreach, including cold calling.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential customer profiles who may need the company's services
