The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Success Associate to support our CEO in managing the entire client journey from awareness to referral - with the finesse of worldclass white glove standards. You will navigate seamlessly between strategy and execution: researching and filtering potential leads, securing high-stakes meetings, refining client-facing materials, preparing media engagements, and coordinating confidential, customized engagements with our clients and media partners. This is a high-trust, senior-facing role that demands gravitas, discretion, and impeccable execution. Candidates who are excellent at anticipating needs, organizing client information, had exposure to senior leadership at multinational corporations, and can remain calm and collected in a fast-moving environment, will excel in this role.

Role Overview

As our Client Success Associate, you will:

  • Support the Client Lifecycle: Manage the communication flow from inquiry to proposal to onboarding to post-engagement follow-up, ensuring a smooth, polished experience at every stage.
  • Execute Proposals & Client Materials: Draft, format, and refine proposals, presentations, onboarding packets, speech decks, and client collateral so they are 90% client-ready before leadership review.
  • Proposal Tracker Excellence: Maintain accurate trackers, organized documentation, milestone-based review cadences, and structured workflows to prevent last-minute scrambles.
  • Coordinate Executive Engagements: Manage scheduling, stakeholder communications, logistics, and preparation across C-suite clients, EAs, CHROs, and internal teams.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Develop and refine onboarding touchpoints, engagement timelines, recap summaries, and white-glove communication templates.
  • Support Growth Initiatives: Conduct research for speaking engagements, podcast outreach, and executive opportunities maintain categorized outreach trackers and draft aligned communications.
  • Protect the Brand: Ensure every document, email, and deliverable reflects BBI's premium positioning and high standards by stewarding our brand guidelines and keeping all client facing collateral up-to-date.

Client Operations Experience: 5-8 years of experience in client success, account coordination, executive support, or premium service-based environments.

Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously with precision and timeliness.

Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to write and communicate at a boardroom level.

High Execution Standards: Track record of delivering work that is thorough, structured, and client-ready with minimal rework required.

Operational Discipline: Experience maintaining trackers, documentation systems, and workflow processes with accuracy.

International Exposure: Experience working across time zones and cultures in a global business environment.

Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams) and comfort leveraging AI to enhance output as well as digital workflows for team communication, organization and productivity.
