Job Summary
The Platform Specialist supports client growth and satisfaction by analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and managing key global accounts. You will collaborate with Client Partners and team members to deliver strategic recommendations that drive business goals and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities that align with client business goals and drive account growth
- Develop and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients to enhance campaign performance and achieve measurable results
- Manage and grow key global accounts by building strong client relationships and understanding their objectives and challenges
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners and other Platform Specialists to ensure coordinated account strategies and successful outcomes
- Monitor campaign performance trends and react promptly to maintain best-in-class customer service for advertisers
- Communicate effectively across multiple time zones using in-person, video, and phone channels to maintain alignment and client satisfaction
- Use advanced Excel skills to perform in-depth data analysis supporting strategic decision-making and upsell opportunities
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on shared success and positive client impact
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience building and managing relationships with both direct clients and advertising agencies to understand diverse business needs
- Strategic thinking skills to address complex issues and develop actionable plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with Keynote for internal and external business storytelling
- Passion for teamwork and driving a culture of collaboration and shared success
- Ability to focus on detail and trends while maintaining agility to respond quickly to client needs
