SALT Talent is looking for a Client Solutions Manager role in Singapore for a Social Media client for 8 months & renewable contract role. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with a Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies
- Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of solutions
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
- Drives product innovation internally with partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
- Plan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives
- Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of solutions
- Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
Qualification:
- Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and delivering actionable insights
- Understanding of major advertising success metrics
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field with at least 7 years working experience
- Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, measurement fundamentals) and the eCommerce ecosystem a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, SQL
- Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with ad solutions
