Hiring: Client Solutions Manager | Singapore
We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join a high-impact team supporting strategic enterprise clients and driving business growth through digital advertising, performance marketing, and data-driven solutions.
Location: Singapore (Onsite – Minimum 3 days/week)
Contract Duration: 8 Months (Potential extension)
Travel Requirement: Flexible for monthly travel across SEA, based on business needs
Job Description (JD):
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, helping them achieve business growth through innovative marketing strategies and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes using data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with advertisers and agencies
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to improve ROI and campaign performance
Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve business challenges
Drive adoption of advanced solutions including business messaging, automation, and AI-driven tools
Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business impact
Candidate Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Digital Advertising / Marketing Strategy / Client Advisory / Performance Marketing
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making
Experience managing strategic client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to solve complex business problems with a solutions-first mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Agency experience is highly preferred
