Client Solutions – Azure - Applications & Infrastructure Lead
The role requires strong technical and strategic expertise across Azure applications, security, cloud infrastructure, and multi-cloud environments, combined with strong client-facing consulting skills and the ability to lead strategic client solutioning, opportunity development, and regional growth in complex enterprise environments.
This role reports to the Senior Director - Regional Client Solutions Lead, Southeast Asia.
As a Manager within the Client Solutions Team, you will operate as a Client Solutions Lead in a client-centric, collaborative environment where technology, innovation, and leadership converge to deliver transformational outcomes. You will shape complex opportunities across the region, engage with C-level and senior stakeholders, lead strategic client conversations, manage the SEA Innovation Hub, and mobilize cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client solution strategy across Azure applications, security, and cloud infrastructure opportunities, bringing strong technical depth and strategic leadership to shape commercially sound, differentiated, scalable, and secure solutions aligned to client business outcomes in complex enterprise environments
- Own strategic opportunity shaping for large, complex pursuits, including qualification, solution positioning, estimation oversight, and ensuring proposed commitments are achievable and aligned to client priorities
- Guide the development of end-to-end client solutions across applications, data, integration, security, and infrastructure by aligning specialist teams around a cohesive client value proposition
- Lead and review solution designs for Azure IaaS, PaaS, containerized and serverless workloads
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives including migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud enablement
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Solutions teams on pre-sales activities, including solutioning, client presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work
- Provide technical leadership and governance across delivery teams, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, security controls, and best practices
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior leaders, to communicate architecture strategy, shape opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, while managing the SEA Innovation Hub to drive collaboration, capability building, and innovation-led client engagement

- Client Solutions Leadership: Own the overall solution strategy and value proposition across applications, security, and cloud infrastructure opportunities
- Client Engagement: Build trusted advisory relationships with clients and partners, including Microsoft
- Client Outcome Orchestration: Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-value solutions and support successful execution across complex, multi-disciplinary engagements
- Go-To-Market Contribution: Support GTM initiatives, value case creation, and campaign execution where relevant
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams
- Innovation Hub Leadership: Manage the SEA Innovation Hub to foster innovation, showcase capabilities, and support strategic client engagement across the region
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Azure application architecture, security, cloud infrastructure, or solution architecture roles, including work across complex enterprise environments
- Would be great if you have prior experience in consulting, technology services, client solutions, or pre-sales leadership environments
Technical Skills
- Strong technical and strategic expertise across infrastructure and application domains, including Microsoft Azure services spanning across Infra - compute, networking, security, storage, and application services
- Experience designing modern application architectures using microservices, APIs, event-driven and serverless patterns
- Cloud migration and modernization experience, including hybrid, multi-cloud, and enterprise-scale environments
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, etc.)
- DevOps and CI/CD practices, including containerization and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Strong understanding of cloud and application security, compliance, resiliency, and cost optimization in complex enterprise environments
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, Azure Developer) preferred
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements with strong technical credibility and strategic leadership across infrastructure and application-led opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-level executives and shaping strategic opportunities
- Demonstrated pre-sales experience (Proof of Concept/POC), including solution shaping, estimation, proposal development, and client presentations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
