Client Solutions Executive (Projects & Moving)

Responsibilities:

• Be the main liaison party for client communication
• Ability to communicate & coordinate with internal and external parties
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, arrival notice, tax invoice and others)
• Perform customs import permit declaration
• Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / haulers / warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Contact point with site, customers, vendors to ensure smooth delivery
