The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Client Service Executive (Public Sector).
- The role involves responding to inbound enquiries via emails, calls, and in-person visits, assessing client needs, providing initial information, and connecting them to the appropriate teams. This role also includes supporting reception duties and assisting guests with navigating our meeting spaces.
- Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
- Support the main reception-in-charge during peak hours, primarily stationed at the reception area.
- Respond to enquiries and provide relevant information and guidance to clients regarding the local business environment and promoted industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other government agencies to triage requests and ensure clients are connected to the right resources.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client engagements, including routine reviews of client plans.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer engagement or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
