Our client, a leading global online brokerage firm, is seeking a Client Servicing Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operations, and fee rate adjustment for high-net-worth clients.
- Follow up and track the account transaction status of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand client needs, as well as identify clients potential needs
- Work closely and assist managers in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
- Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver superior client servicing experience
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction
- Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
The ideal candidate should have the following: -
- Passionate about client service with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional communication attitude.
- Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- A strong understanding of equitiesbondsfutures etc. in the region
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise closely with Chinese stakeholders and clients based in China)
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, logical, strong data processing and analysis capabilities, as well as excellent multitasking skills.
- Fresh Graduates with banking internship experience are welcome to apply
