Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Client Services Project Manager II, where your expertise will drive successful clinical trial projects and enhance client satisfaction. This role promises a rewarding opportunity to contribute to impactful solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive project management from study setup to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines. Facilitate open communication and collaboration among internal teams and external clients to meet service and product delivery standards. Monitor project progression, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep initiatives on schedule. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout internal processes. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and mentor team members to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry. Education in life sciences, healthcare, supply chain/logistics, business, or related areas is preferred. Project management certification is an advantage. Solid understanding of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems. Proven organizational and planning skills with experience in managing multiple complex projects. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise is preferable. Demonstrated financial acumen with strong budget management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to proactively mitigate risks. Detail-oriented attitude with a focus on documentation and compliance processes. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
