Client Services Officer

Responsibilities:

• Meet and Greet clients and visitors
• Co-ordinating all meeting rooms bookings
• Answering all incoming calls and managing the switchboard
• Assist in F&B arrangement for meetings
• Ensuring the upkeep of front office area
• Assisting in ad hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC, GCE O and A levels or Diploma in Hospitality
• Minimum 2 years experience in Front office or Hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Word software applications
• Well-groomed and project a professional image
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service working within a team
