BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up providing an Enterprise B2B2C Software as a Service (SaaS) ticketing platform for Attractions, Performance Venues and Event Promoters that provides white labelled control of their own ticketing, with interface to value-added tools and allows collaborating with channel partners. We empower our clients by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door.
Our team is looking for interns to work with our Business Development/Client Services team.
Learning Scope
Complete learning experience of ticketing processes to ensure an event's success from the start to the end;
Venue/on-site experience during event/show days (Renowned international sporting event in Singapore)
Hands-on experience on how to handle both clients and public on event/show days
Hands-on experience on the preparation of inventories, discussion on seats management system, printing of tickets for guests
Ability to learn how to prepare post event reviews and reports
Learn and experience how to use our in-house ticketing system for seat management system and all other ticketing aspects
Working with other team on how to optimize and improve sales
Responsibilities:
Close liaison with clients on details of their events
Liaise with other departments to ensure events information is accurate and duly disseminated and ready for sales
Seat Management (including reservation of seats for client's guests)
Resolve ticketing issues
Preparation of Post events reconciliation report
Be at site during event days to handle any operational matters
Close liaison with clients on the details of their events
Explore new business opportunities for the company
Requirements:
Good command of written and verbal English
Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player
Organized with Good Administrative Skills and an Eye for Detail
A passion to understand the Arts and Entertainment Industry
