Job Description

Our client is a renowned luxury bridal boutique, celebrated for its curated collection of exquisite designer gowns available for rental. They are seeking a Client Services and CRM Executive to manage end-to-end client interactions, maintain accurate CRM records, and support personalized service experiences that strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries such as phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.

  • Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring smooth flow of consultations and fittings.

  • Maintain CRM system accuracy and hygiene, updating client profiles and records consistently.

  • Prepare daily settlements and support administrative financial tasks.

  • Perform administrative closure tasks, including documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Min 2 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal, or client services is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho and Airtable is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, during office hours.
