Job Description

The Client Advisory Support Lead supports client fulfilment operations by providing day-to-day oversight of service activities and supervising Client Advisory Associates. The role ensures service continuity, resource optimisation, and delivery of client commitments while driving process efficiency and service quality.

Client Servicing & Fulfilment Support

  • Provide day-to-day support of Senior Client Advisors and client fulfilment activities.
  • Ensure client servicing deliverables are met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Escalate service issues promptly to relevant internal stakeholders for resolution.

Team Supervision & Resource Management

  • Provide daily supervisory oversight of Client Advisory Associates and manage workload distribution.
  • Optimise resourcing plans to ensure adequate coverage across client servicing activities.
  • Develop contingency plans to maintain service levels during disruption scenarios such as emergency or medical leave.

Recruitment & People Development

  • Support recruitment activities for Client Advisory Associates.
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-job guidance to new team members.
  • Foster capability development aligned with Client Advisor Competency Standards.

Process Improvement & Project Support

  • Review and optimise existing client servicing processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Participate in ad-hoc initiatives such as systems application user acceptance testing, process improvement exercises, and focus groups.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client fulfilment operations.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate across internal departments to implement and deliver client commitments.
  • Ensure alignment of servicing activities with operational and business requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Diploma qualification with Client Advisor Competency Standards certification in Singapore.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced service environment.
