Since we are a fully remote studio, we trade office cubicles for high autonomy and radical transparency. You are our firewall for quality. You'll be a self-starter who manages high-stakes relationships across industries without losing human touch or technical precision.
Core Responsibilities
The INTERLUNAR Profile
Experience
3+ years in a digital agency or creative studio environment. You've successfully managed complex proposals, high-value digital builds, and client relationships.
Digital Fluency
You know your way around Figma, ClickUp, Gemini, and Google Drive. You master them to keep the team's workflow visible and organised.
Singapore Context
Understanding of the local/regional market while being comfortable with the fast-paced standards of a global digital hub.
Communication
You can write a concise, compelling email and lead a virtual meeting with confidence, empathy, and a command of the facts.
The Vibe
You are organised enough to manage a 100-line spreadsheet with zero errors, but creative enough to lead a high-level strategy brainstorm.
