Job Description

Our client in financial services is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role supports Relationship Managers and clients by ensuring smooth servicing, trade booking, and operational efficiency across private banking products. It's a one year contract with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end client servicing, including handling queries, documentation, and order taking
  • Support trade booking, settlement, margin calls, and collateral resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense claims, travel bookings, and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in client servicing or frontline support
  • CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification required
  • Strong knowledge of private banking products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented
