Our client is a leading global financial services firm with a presence across multiple global markets. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing private banking team in Singapore, supporting a team of relationship managers in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
The Role
As a Client Service Manager, you will serve as a key support to both the Investment Representatives and clients, managing end-to-end client servicing and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Liaise with internal business units to ensure client documentation is compliant with policies and procedures
- Manage client queries promptly and see them through to resolution
- Handle client order taking and maintain a strong understanding of each client's overall relationship with the firm
Operations
- Trade booking and settlement
- Resolution of settlement, funding, and margin call issues
- Collateral management and transactional documentation including client suitability and eligibility
Policies & Admin
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Handle administrative responsibilities including travel bookings, expense claims, and distribution of marketing materials
What We're Looking For
- Degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant financial services experience, ideally in frontline client service
- CACS Paper 1 & 2 certified
- Strong knowledge of private banking investment products — FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in private banking and wealth management
