• Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts and manage the execution of Periodic Reviews to ensure client data remains current.
• Maintain a rigorous understanding of the regulatory framework, ensuring all activities comply with data protection, banking secrecy laws, and cross-border solicitation rules.
• Identify potential operational or compliance risks and ensure timely escalation to senior management.
