Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Act as main contact for client service
- Handle inquiries, issues, and requests
- Follow up on client cases
Client Advisory & Transactions
- Guide clients on banking products and services
- Support account opening (documents, coordination, meetings)
- Process account closures and fund transfers
- Assist with term deposit rates
- Support transaction processing and tracking
- Handle statements, advices, fax, and mail
- Assist with credit checks and loan instructions
- Support e-banking services (applications, updates, password resets)
System & Administration
- Update and maintain client records in systems
- Ensure proper follow-up on cases
Policies & Reporting
- Update procedures and manuals
- Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with banking operations experience
- Basic knowledge of banking products and systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in MS Office
