Key Responsibilities
. Reach out to existing clients via phone to arrange annual review appointments with advisers
. Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently based on advisers availability
. Build rapport with clients and provide a positive, professional experience
. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduling updates
. Work closely with the advisory team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments
Requirements
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with clients
. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional approach
. Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or coordination roles is an advantage
