  • Act as the primary touchpoint for end-to-end client inquiries, resolving service issues, and managing dispute resolutions effectively.

  • Facilitate day-to-day banking operations, including corporate account lifecycle management, signature authentications, and fund remittances.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for commercial transactions, processing loan instructions, and overseeing fixed deposit rate adjustments.

  • Administer digital banking service requests, handling platform applications, credential resets, and client onboarding modifications.

  • Maintain internal service databases regularly, reconciling transaction data and ensuring operational manuals align with current procedures.

  • Tertiary qualification with a solid foundation in banking operations and financial products.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with regulatory frameworks and corporate internal reporting procedures.

  • Proficient in standard office productivity software and core banking administration systems.
