Job Description

The Team: S&P Global Market Intelligence is actively seeking an Associate Client Support professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across various business lines and global regions, focusing on our Debtdomain platform. Responsibilities and Impact:

• Deliver front-line client services and comprehensive support for the Debtdomain platform, working as part of a global team of Service Analysts.

• Build and maintain robust customer relationships, providing outstanding client service, including onsite client coverage, training, and support where applicable, to ensure client success.

• Proactively identify and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining root causes, and effectively escalating technical matters to product and development teams.

• Capture and channel valuable user feedback to management, contributing directly to the continuous improvement and evolution of our products and services.

• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, adhering to deadlines and demonstrating the ability to independently resolve varied and non-routine issues.

• Collaborate seamlessly across multiple organizational and functional departments, taking initiative to offer support to the broader team.

• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1+ years of experience in client support, financial services, or a technology-related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and demonstrated experience with internet-based applications.

• Superior English communication skills (written and verbal), including strong interpersonal skills and an articulate phone presence, coupled with fluency in Mandarin.

• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, with a keen ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues or concerns.

• We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Technology is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to apply skills and knowledge to defined situations, consistently seeking ways to improve quality within their work area.

• Resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset, proactively seeking new information to broaden perspective and generate innovative ideas.

• A collaborative team player who actively seeks ways to work with others and contribute beyond individual tasks, supporting team goals.
