What You'll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for client communications and day-to-day requests
- Support and manage client orders from start to finish
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, supply chain and production
- Update client records and reports using our CRM system
- Learn to identify growth opportunities by recommending relevant products and solutions
- Support launches of new products and seasonal campaigns
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
- Help the sales team with outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
- Schedule meetings and support client engagement activities
