Typical Activities
Partner with Health & Public Services Marketing Leaders to create and execute fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for high and medium opportunity clients across the Asia Pacific and regions.
Use our Data and AI tools to generate client insights, sharing them with our team lead and account teams to inform who we target and how we engage them. These tools will include (but not limited to) LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AlphaSense, and Copilot.
Collaborating with your amazing M+C peers to curate and contextualise content and experiences that are most relevant for our clients
Support account-based marketing activities including events and roundtables, ensuring they run smoothly with maximum impact – by working with an ecosystem of stakeholders across M+C, account teams and operations teams.
Use Accenture's SynOps and other leading technologies to help us know our and prioritize our marketing work
Measure our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement
Take part in Learning programs across M+C.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or equivalent
Strong business acumen, good knowledge of Accenture's area of business and overall business strategy or previous experience in the Health and Public Sector
4+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organisation(s). Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation
Possess leadership qualities and is a team player with great interpersonal skills and strong collaboration skills
Act as the advocate for our clients and exemplify modern data-led marketing
Fuel success by acting as a steward across One M+C (Marketing + Communications) function and one client relationship marketing team.
Drive differentiation for campaigns through creativity, flair and innovative thinking
Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
Technical Skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Design skills are nice to have, but not essential
