Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in Singapore. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored advisory services to meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing customized financial plans, providing recommendations, and facilitating clear communication. A strong focus will be placed on ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Have obtained at least a diploma or degree in any field
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, relationship-building, and the ability to understand client needs
• Experience in Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, and knowledge of financial products
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance
• Prior experience in client relationship management or financial advising roles is an advantage
• Enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work, and motivated by performance-based incentive structures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial products and regulations, or a willingness to learn
• CMFAS certifications M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI preferred, but not necessary
• Relevant certifications such as CFP or other financial licenses are beneficial
