We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of a leading Chinese state-owned financial futures brokerage firm, regulated by MAS. We provide futures and derivatives brokerage services across major global exchanges.
We are seeking a Relationship Manager / Account Manager to manage and grow our institutional and professional client base.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting trading activities, and coordinating internally to ensure seamless client service delivery.
This role requires strong financial market knowledge and the ability to liaise with both local and cross-border clients.
Manage and maintain relationships with institutional and professional trading clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Provide timely updates on trading matters, account status, and market developments.
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Coordinate internally with Dealing, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve client-related issues.
Monitor client trading activities and follow up on margin calls or operational matters where necessary.
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure proper documentation completion.
Assist clients with trading platform access and connectivity coordination.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow trading volumes.
Support cross-selling of new products and services.
Work closely with Headquarters to onboard and service cross-border clients.
Participate in client meetings and industry events when required.
Ensure all client interactions comply with MAS regulatory requirements.
Support KYC and onboarding processes in collaboration with Compliance and Operations.
Ensure clients understand product risks and trading terms.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in brokerage, bank, or trading environment.
Experience handling institutional or professional clients preferred.
Familiarity with futures and derivatives products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of front-to-back brokerage operations.
Good knowledge of MAS regulatory environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving market environment.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as this role involves regular communication with Headquarters and Chinese-speaking clients.
