Responsibilities
- Drive Growth : As a growth-driven organisation, you will help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging on the organisational strategies, tools and services.
- Client Management: Deliver trusted benefit advisory, hands-on account servicing including day-to-day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution to build long-term client partnerships.
- Data & Insights: Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
- Business Transformation: Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
- Team Support: Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.

Requirements
- Education Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 5 years related Industry Experience
- Microsoft Office & PowerPoint Skills
- Certifications/licenses HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Customer focused
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Project management skill
