Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms and assisting customers on the retail, corporate & institutional trading account opening.
Be well-versed with our products offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
Organise in-house seminars/ webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms.
Handle customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues.
Handle and escalate clients feedback and complaints.
Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
Adhere to the service level targets, and any other duties as defined/assigned by Manager.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Skills
Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS and Microsoft).
Service oriented with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations.
Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage.
Not required but experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage.
Minimum job entry is Diploma.
