Client Relationship Executive/Manager (Farmer)
About the role
- We are representing our client in search for an experienced Client Relationship Executive/Manager (Financial Advisor) to join us. This position that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients whilst providing expert services. As a key member of our client services team, you will be the bridge between Organization and our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role is essential to our growth strategy and directly impacts our business objectives in the competitive insurance technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service delivery
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services tailored to individual client needs and circumstances
- Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
- Manage client portfolios and ensure optimal product performance and suitability
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals for clients based on thorough analysis of their requirements
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure continued alignment with their financial objectives
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling whilst maintaining client-centric approach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes and product developments
Requirements/ Qualifications
- CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).
- CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A).
- 1 year and above of insurance sales experience.
Other Skills
- Proven experience working in client services, financial advisory or relationship management roles within banking, insurance or financial services sectors
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment instruments and financial planning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills with capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
- Diploma or degree qualification in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
- CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A)
- CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
- Experience in the insurance technology sector or fintech environment would be advantageous
