Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Associate based in Singapore. You will serve as the technical-commercial bridge for the UnThreats portfolio, driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strategic client partnerships.
Managed SOC Advocacy: Positioning our 24/7 Managed SOC and AI-driven autonomous defense solutions to address the evolving threat landscape.
Strategic Growth: Leading high-stakes solution journeys and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
Core Competencies: Expertise in customer relationship management, sales strategy development, and high-level client interfacing.
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of cybersecurity services, market trends, and solutions (e.g., Managed SOC, EDR, SIEM, VAPT, CyberSecurity Turnkey solutions).
Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills tailored to addressing client needs and technical concerns.
Industry Edge: Prior experience or deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is highly advantageous.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
