Client Relationship Associate
A client relationship associate is responsible for client relationships before and after the sale process is complete. The candidate handles a variety of queries in person, on the telephone and via emails as they relate to all transactional aspects of bidding, buying, selling and post-sale activities. He /she continues to work with customers to keep them up to date on products and services to maintain that relationship. The client relationship associate -- along with the specialist department, and marketing teams -- plays an integral part in providing and maintaining exceptional client service standards. This position requires excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills as well as a good teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
. Provide excellent client services to clients throughout the whole client journey, i.e. from pre-sale to post-sale.
. Implement customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue or upselling.
. Create positive relationships with new clients to help build the customer base.
. Handle internal and external clients enquiries across all communication channels (in-person, phone calls and emails) in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
. Greet and assist clients at Front of House and escalate issues to relevant departments as appropriate.
. Manage post-sales teams to provide shipping services and address customer complaints relating to products and service.
. Manage customer communications relating to new products and services.
. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions.
. Reinforce customer loyalty.
. Ensure customer satisfaction.
. Use social media to engage with customers.
. Understand the competition.
Requirements:
. Min. 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management or sales administration job
. Diploma or graduate in any Business or administration related courses
. Bilingual in both English & another language to liaise with associates and clients
. PC Literate: MS Office Applications
. Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
. Resourceful and able to work independently
. Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure
. Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
. Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
. Solid negotiation skills
. Experience in the auction house or gallery is advantageous
