About the Role
The Client Relations Specialist will manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. You will be the key point of contact for schools and partners, ensuring smooth programme coordination, excellent service delivery, and high client satisfaction. This role requires working closely with the Sales Team, Operations, and Logistics Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients (schools, centres, partners)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate programme schedules, logistics, and trainer deployments
- Arrange all necessary services and resources before the commencement of classes based on programme requirements
- Ensure smooth and timely commencement of programmes, including on-site or remote coordination where required
- Collect feedback and conduct surveys on the ground from clients and partners to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Handle client enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, trainers, curriculum) to ensure smooth execution of programmes
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
- Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to client accounts
- Support onboarding of new clients and programmes
- Ensure all administrative processes and records are accurate and up to date
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction
- Report directly to HOD
Requirements
- A diploma or Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations (education industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
