- As the ultimate brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to develop and grow a clienteling strategy to support both the day-to-day and High Jewelry business
- You will develop client experience enhancements in store, ensuring the high quality execution and monitoring
- You will also create an exceptional client gestures/gifting initiatives and elevate the next chapter of Tiffany & Co.
Showcasing The Tiffany Touch
- Drive the development of clienteling programs, strategies, and service support,
- Build strategies on client outreach and engagement through experiences, drive partnership initiatives and prospect within key networks,
- Craft, collaborate, and create with the regional team truly Tiffany moments and reinvent in-store moments & HJ events rooted in an exceptional client experience with an emphasis on personalization.
