Are you a relationship-builder who can open doors at the CRO, CDO, CIO and CCO level of new and existing Clients, work consultatively, close new deals and sustain the services revenue growth for SCIENTE

You'll be shaping Data AI-led solutions that help Chief Risk Officers manage risk, Chief Data Officers govern data, and Chief Compliance Officers ensure regulatory certainty in one of the most regulated and data-rich industries in the world - BFSI.

What You'll Be Executing

→ Hunt new problem statements across Governance Risk & Compliance areas

→ Lead presales, shape solutions, build ROI cases, present solutions to C-suite

→ Act as the face of solutioning in senior client engagements

→ Translate Data & AI capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with CXOs

→ Build and own your mandate pipeline from first conversation to signed SOW and

→ Achieving the targeted Services revenue on a quarterly basis.

What You'll Be Proposing

Composing end-to-end Data & AI solutions with a Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) lens:

✦ Data governance, Reporting Compliance solutions, Control Testing

✦ Risk Control, MRM Governance & intelligence, regulatory analytics

✦ ML/AI based intelligence layer for Financial Crime Compliance (AML monitoring - UBO, pKYC, fraud detection)

✦ Audit-ready data pipelines & CXO dashboards

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years in B2B tech business development or sales or pre-sales or solutioning or client account management is required

✔ Minimum 3 years of working within any aspects of GRC, preferably finance crime compliance or control risk or regulatory compliance, for insurance or financial services clients is a must

✔ Working knowledge of data/AI/ML platforms is desired

✔ Can hold the room credibly with CXOs

✔ Existing professional network in SG's insurance or financial services sector is a strong plus

✔ High integrity, disciplined, thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding
