About Position:
The Client Partner / Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding Persistent's footprint in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role owns new logo acquisition, account growth, and executive-level engagement with CXOs, supported by Persistent's global delivery and industry practices.

What You'll Do:
- Client Relationship & Account Ownership
- Revenue & Growth
- Own and deliver annual revenue and pipeline targets for assigned enterprise accounts and new prospects.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing strategic accounts in Singapore and the broader SEA region.
- Build and execute account plans, including whitespace analysis and multi-year growth strategies.
- Client & Executive Engagement
- Act as the single-point owner for client relationships, engaging CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
- Position Persistent as a long-term digital transformation partner, not just a services vendor.
- Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and contract closures.
- Solution Selling & Collaboration
- Collaborate with industry, presales, and delivery teams to shape differentiated solutions across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms.
- Translate client business priorities into compelling value propositions and proposals.
- Partner with global alliances and ecosystem partners where relevant.
- Market & Account Intelligence
- Develop strong understanding of industry trends, client business models, and competitive landscape in Singapore/SEA.
- Identify early signals (industry, regulatory, technology) to proactively create opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene using CRM systems.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million USD) with global or regional enterprises.
- Strong experience selling technology-led transformation programs, not staff augmentation alone.
- Deep network and market understanding within Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Experience selling into Retail Domain.
- Prior experience in a Client Partner / Account Director model.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
