We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to lead business development efforts across public sector accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and closing high-value deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the public sector landscape, with the ability to navigate its unique challenges. You will drive revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for assigned public sector accounts.
- Identify high-value target agencies and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate service offerings and solutions to align with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Security clearance or eligibility to work on sensitive public sector projects.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the public sector and an established network of relevant contacts.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Skilled at generating leads through networking, outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
