Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review account documents submitted by RM
Ensure accounts are opened in the systems
Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated
Ensure timely and accurate processing of amendments on the accounts
Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients (RM & Assistant RM)
Support other departments in various activities

Requirements:

Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in client onboarding documentations within PB sector
