Client Migration Specialist (CMO)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding activities for a leading global financial institution. The role involves coordinating client migrations, managing stakeholder communication, validating documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition to new banking platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration process.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration milestones.
- Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements.
- Track migration progress and provide regular status updates.
- Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with banking migration or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury services, or payment operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and project coordination.
