Job responsibilities
- Support our Client Marketing team to orchestrate events, from exclusive trunk shows and product launches to high-profile dinners and exhibitions, both in-boutique and at external venues
- Generate comprehensive post-event reports, analysing key metric and outcomes to inform future strategy and optimise impact
- Drive VIP client engagement by overseeing strategic gifting programs designed to cultivate loyalty and significantly grow our most valued client relationships
- Transform our brand vision into reality by designing and executing domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
- Track and categorise all expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to SOPs
Profile
- Previous experience in client development/ events/ marketing is preferred
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts inside and outside the organisation
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, general comfort with digital tools and data
