We are representing our client, a leading service provider offering IT solutions services, to look for an experienced Client Manager specialising in supporting company clients with its Digital Transformation suite of products and strategies. This including cloud-based solution, on-premises workloads, cybersecurity, network infrastructure in hardware, software, licenses, professional services and managed services covering Singapore market primarily.
Responsibilities:
- Function as the lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the clients
- Develop trusted long term advisory relationship with existing key accounts, clients, stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Responsible for both new & existing customers / sector development
- Manage pipeline diligently to lead sales cycle from identifying sales opportunity to closure of the deals
- Foster good collaboration with key technology vendors for stronger value proposition to clients business requirement
- Forecasting, track key account metrics to achieve the assigned sales target
- Manage business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
- Secure new clients by working with the marketing team and our principals / vendors
- Develop business strategies to entrench ourselves with the customer
- Manage the account and address customer needs and requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent discipline with 3 years of relevant sales experience in related field.
- Experience in development and execution of key accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage
- Confident, independent (self-starter), adaptable, and an amazing desire to succeed
- Experience selling at solutions such as MS D365 CRM, Oracle Fusion Apps and PeopleSoft suite of products.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Singapore's IT landscape including trends and use case
