We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Executive to join us at our Singapore Orchard gym. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our clients ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they enquire, through every stage of their journey with us and ensuring positive client retention rates are maintained while supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct high-quality sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate
- Build rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities
- Manage incoming enquiries, client bookings, and personal trainer consultations
- Monitor client attendance, follow up on missed sessions, and proactively support engagement.
- Handle client complaints professionally in collaboration with the Gym Manager
- Manage membership renewals and assist with payments, enquiries, and general client support.
- Log relevant in-gym sales via the CRM system accurately and promptly
- Coordinate client re-allocations or cover during trainers leave periods.
- Maintain accurate automated reports on enrolment, retention, and referrals.
- Work towards KPIs set by the Gym Manager, including session utilisation, retention, client value, satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Deliver exceptional front desk and reception duties, representing the brand at all times.
Requirements
About You:
- Proven record of professional development, preferably within a customer-focused or client-facing role.
- 2 years minimum experience in a sales role.
- Have a valid right to work, e.g. Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong administration skills with confidence analysing numerical reports.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Experience engaging stakeholders and managing ongoing communication.
- Able to sell successfully both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ambitious and driven, with a proven ability to go above and beyond
