Job Summary

Lead client relationships and business development for branding, campaigns, and content projects. Drive new business opportunities, craft strategic communication plans, and ensure profitable, high-quality delivery in a collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships across branding, campaigns, and content projects to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the agency's full suite of services to grow key accounts
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs and strategic opportunities to guide internal teams effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
  • Support and lead new business pitches from opportunity identification through proposal development to secure new clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to sustain business growth
  • Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to client briefs to win new projects
  • Represent the agency confidently in meetings, presentations, and networking events to enhance agency visibility
  • Analyze client business challenges and develop communication strategies that address their needs and objectives
  • Contribute to agency positioning by developing case studies and credentials that showcase successes
  • Track revenue performance across accounts and projects to ensure financial targets are met
  • Ensure profitability and commercial viability of client engagements by managing budgets and resources effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-side sales or marketing role
  • Strong skills in account management, business development, and sales demonstrated through successful client growth
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously
