Job Description

About Our Client

Our client is a hospitality-led personal health concierge business delivering a premium healthcare experience in Singapore. Every client has a personal health concierge team as their one point of contact, from booking a first consultation to chasing lab results and managing follow-ups. No call centers, no repeating their story, no chasing reports. Just doctor-led care that stays joined up from a client's first visit through to their long-term outcomes.

As a Client Experience Executive, you are the first face clients see when they walk through the clinic door and often the last person they speak to on their way out. This role shapes a client's first and lasting impression of every visit.

The Role

You support the smooth running of the clinic floor: greeting clients, preparing rooms and equipment, assisting doctors, and keeping the front-of-house experience warm and unhurried even when the schedule is tight. You report to the Clinic Operations Manager and work alongside the Doctors and Client Relations Executives to make sure each client's experience feels seamless from the moment they arrive to long after they leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients on arrival, check them in, manage waiting time communication, and make the first few minutes of every visit feel calm and looked after.
  • Own the on-site client journey: walk each client through what to expect, tell them clearly what happens next, and proactively follow up on anything promised, whether an invoice, a report, or a booking confirmation.
  • Assist Doctors with room preparation, basic clinical support, and administrative tasks including accurate client records and appointment notes.
  • Help manage the day's appointment flow, flagging delays or conflicts early before they affect a client.
  • Keep consumables and clinical supplies stocked and client-facing areas presentable to a premium standard.
  • Escalate client complaints, scheduling conflicts, or supply shortages promptly to the Clinic Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in a clinic, healthcare support, front-desk, or hospitality service role with direct client-facing experience.
  • Exposure to patient experience or service operations in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with clinic workflows, appointment scheduling, client record-keeping, and the privacy expectations around personal health information.
  • Warm, empathetic, proactive, calm under a busy schedule, detail-oriented, and discreet.
