Inspire Mum & Baby is Singapore's leading holistic centre for prenatal, postnatal, baby & children's swimming, fitness and therapy. For over 18 years, we've supported thousands of families through every stage of motherhood.
We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive individual to join us as a Client Experience & Marketing Assistant someone who enjoys working with families and is keen to grow in both operations and marketing.
Your Role
This is a hybrid role combining client experience, operations support and marketing coordination.
You will be part of the team that ensures every parent and child who walks through our doors feels welcomed, cared for and supported.
Client Experience & Operations
- Attend to walk-in parents and enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, CRM)
- Manage trial bookings and follow-ups
- Support class scheduling and coordination
- Handle basic cashiering and payment processing
- Maintain client records and CRM updates
- Ensure centre readiness and smooth daily operations
- Support events, workshops and launches
Marketing Support
- Assist in coordinating social media content and campaigns
- Liaise with influencers and community partners
- Support simple content creation (Reels, photos, captions guidance)
- Assist in email / WhatsApp broadcast preparation
- Help track marketing leads and conversions
- Support promotional campaigns and outreach activities
Who We're Looking For
- Warm, friendly and confident communicator
- Enjoys interacting with parents and children
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive, CRM, social media platforms)
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Able to work weekends (5-day work week including weekends)
