Client Engagement Intern

Job Description:

The internship is for the Client Engagement team at Maybank securities. This is a team of representatives that looks after our mass affluent, low-touch client segment. The role will be assisting the team in their day-to-day functions, with a particular focus on content.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in the financial industry. You should be a strong communicator, a creative thinker, and a team player.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Content Management:

• Curate and post relevant research, trading ideas, and articles on various platforms.
• Manage and maintain our client communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Content Creation:

• Write and edit market updates and educational materials.
• Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Day-to-Day Support: .

• Contribute to various team initiatives and projects
• Support the dealers in their day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
• Strong project and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Availability:
